I’m happy with my gains, but personally, I feel they are a bit mediocre. Better than the average, but I see where I could have made  a lot of further improvements.  » Read more: Goals for 2010

Achieving Audacious Goals: Commitment

November 30th, 2009

Out of all of the elements of achievement, by far this one is the most important, or at least will make the most impact if implemented. If you don’t have a vision, with enough commitment, you will find a vision. If you can’t satisfy the expectations, with enough commitment, you will learn how to do it. Achieving Audacious Goals: Understanding Expectations

November 18th, 2009

With Respect to Your Goals, What’s Expected of You?
Expectations play a very important role in goal achievement because they are like the admission requires in the college of your goal. Let’s say for example you want to become a stock broker, you can say that you want to be admitted into the college of stock-brokerhood. In order to gain admittance into this college, you need to follow a set of requirements. Just like any university requiring certain amount of college credit and a minimum GPA, becoming a stock broker also requires things from you. A few examples are education, money for an education, discipline, patience, etc. Think of these ‘admission requirements’ as your ‘means’ goals. » Read more: Achieving Audacious Goals: Understanding Expectations
