I just realized that this was the last running day of this exercise program and tomorrow is my last day period. It’s kind of exciting because I didn’t realize I was so close to being done. I still have not yet decided what I’ll be doing, but I’ll announce my plan tomorrow when I figure it out.
My Workout
I didn’t anticipate the wind, so I definitely wasn’t dressed for the occassion. We’re supposed to get this huge snow front in Oklahoma and I’m locked up with some friends stocked up with food and drink. (This’ll be quiet interesting because there will be about ten people in this four bedroom apartment, so we’ll see how long we’ll survive before we kill each other. These are my bestest friends, so we’ll still have fun nonethless.)

Time: Unknown – didn’t use my stopwatch
I was going to run the same route as I did on Tuesday, but since I wasn’t truly prepared clothing-wise, so I had to cut it short. I did feel very energetic and got a bit of a runner’s high, so it felt really good. I have noticed that my quads are looking more defined and that’s really exciting. My knees don’t really hurt much so that was really good.
