This is day 2 of no school due to weather incidents and it’s been great! I’ve been doing a bit more hanging out than usually, so it’s nice to be connecting with old friends. I just realized that this was the last running day of this exercise program and tomorrow is my last day period. It’s kind of exciting because I didn’t realize I was so close to being done. Hello all! I guess I have some explaining to do. I know I haven’t posted since last Wednesday, other than the blog carnival, but for good reason. Here in Oklahoma, we had a mini ice/snow storm. As you know, today was a cardio day for me and my goal was to run for 30 minutes straight. I’m getting back into running, so my focus right now is to increase my endurance.

Today was my strength training day. Nothing too fancy from what I’ve done in the past. I was running a bit late, so I rushed through exercises, and skipped some, so I could shower and get ready for a meeting I had. Monday’s workout was pretty intense and I still felt a little sore yesterday, so I decided to take it easy buy doing some stretching today. I wanted to originally do yoga, but I couldn’t find the dvd, so stretching was the next best thing.
